Most importantly, we will handle all vendor communications and contract negotiations with this package. In addition to the services included in both the "Month-of Wedding Management" and "Partial Planning" Packages, this package includes the following services:
- Development and tracking of wedding budget
- Assistance with design and creation of ceremony and reception signage
- Coordination of hotel accommodations for couple and guests
- Following up with non-responsive guests regarding RSVP deadline
Partial Planning
Partial Planning - $1,950
For the couple who has already begun the planning process and has already booked a venue and a caterer. Together with our knowledge and resources, we will plan all the remaining details of your wedding! This package includes all services included in the "Month-of Wedding Management" Package, as well as:
- Vendor recommendations
- Vendor contract review and negotiation
- Serving as point of contact for all vendor communications for entire planning period
- Attendance at vendor meetings
- Creation of customized floor plan for reception seating
- Assistance with preparation of ceremony script for officiant

Month-of wedding management - $1,450 (most popular)
For the couple who wants to plan their own wedding and then allow us to execute the details in the final weeks. During the last 30 days leading up to your wedding, we will tie up loose ends with your vendors and finalize any remaining details. The final weeks leading up to your wedding tend to be the most stressful. Let us take care of every remaining detail, including execution of your wedding rehearsal! This package includes the following services:
- Preparation of detailed wedding day timeline
- Facilitating wedding rehearsal
- Execution of wedding day timeline and production details on wedding day
- Emergency wedding day kit
- Serving as point of contact for all vendor communications (during last 30 days leading up to wedding day)
- Confirmation of all details with vendors prior to wedding day
- Coordinating wedding day set up and breakdown
- During reception, loading of wedding gifts and decor into pre-designated vehicle
- Collecting cake accessories/rentals and top layer of cake to load in pre-designated vehicle
- Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors
